Roasted Beet Haskap Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas

  • ½ cup Roasted Beets

  • ½ cup Pickled Beets

  • ½ cup Haskap

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • ½ tsp. Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F – bake beets for 30mins on baking sheet

  2. Mix beets, chickpeas, haskaps, olive oil, salt together into blender until smooth
