Rhubarb Moscow Mule
Ingredients

4 cups Rhubarb

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Water

6oz. Vodka

4 tsp. Rhubarb Syrup

2 tbsp. Lime Juice + Wedge

1 cup Ginger Beer
Directions

Mix rhubarb, sugar, water together into frying pan to boil on low heat for 7-10mins

Strain rhubarb syrup through sieve

Mix vodka, rhubarb syrup, lime juice, ice together into cocktail shaker – shake vigorously

Pour into highball glasses, garnish with ginger beer, lime wedge
