Maple Mulberry Brittle
Ingredients

1 cup Dried Mulberries

3 tbsp. Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 325F – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix mulberries into a blender on low speed until small chunks

Mix mulberries, maple syrup, coconut sugar together into a mixing bowl

Spread mulberry mixture onto baking sheet – Bake for 15mins

Let cool, refrigerate for 4hours before breaking into large pieces
