Maple Mulberry Brittle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried Mulberries

  • 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Mix mulberries into a blender on low speed until small chunks

  3. Mix mulberries, maple syrup, coconut sugar together into a mixing bowl

  4. Spread mulberry mixture onto baking sheet – Bake for 15mins

  5. Let cool, refrigerate for 4hours before breaking into large pieces

  6. Can be frozen or refrigerated for several days in airtight container
