Haskap Lime Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz. Peruvian Pisco

  • 1oz. Lime Juice

  • 1 cup Haskaps

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • ΒΌ cup Water

  • 1 Egg White

  • 1 dash Peychaud Bitters

Directions

  1. Mix haskaps, sugar, water together into frying pan until boil – Simmer for 5-8mins

  2. Mix Peruvian pisco, lime juice, haskap syrup, egg white, Peychaud bitters together into mixing jar – Shake vigorously

  3. Mix ice, pisco sour together into mixing jar – Shake vigorously, strain into coupe glass
