Blueberry Frosting

Ingredients

  • 34g Freeze-Dried Blueberries

  • ¾ cup Butter

  • ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt

  • 2 cups Confectioners Sugar

  • 3 tbsp. Heavy Cream

  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Mix blueberries in stand mixer until powder, set aside

  2. Mix butter, salt in stand mixer on high for 2mins.

  3. Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar in stand mixer on low until mixed – Turn speed up to high, beat for 1min.

  4. Mix remaining confectioners sugar, blueberry powder, heavy cream, vanilla extract together in stand mixer on low until mixed – Turn speed up to medium-high, beat for 4-5mins.

  5. Garnish cupcakes or cookies
