¾ cup Butter

¼ tsp. Kosher Salt

2 cups Confectioners Sugar

3 tbsp. Heavy Cream

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions

Mix blueberries in stand mixer until powder, set aside

Mix butter, salt in stand mixer on high for 2mins.

Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar in stand mixer on low until mixed – Turn speed up to high, beat for 1min.

Mix remaining confectioners sugar, blueberry powder, heavy cream, vanilla extract together in stand mixer on low until mixed – Turn speed up to medium-high, beat for 4-5mins.
