Preheat oven to 350F – line baking pan with parchment paper

Mix flour, blueberry powder, baking soda, salt together into mixing bowl, set aside

Mix coconut sugar, coconut syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, egg together into mixing bowl until emulsified

Mix wet and dry ingredients together into mixing bowl

Create tablespoon-sized cookies with batter onto lined baking pan – bake for 12mins
